Hello, I have a DELL XPS 17 9700 laptop running Windows 11 23H2 that has been without sound from the internal speakers for some time. But if I connect a headset, the sound works.

Here is the audio information from HWiNFO:
Intel Comet Lake PCH-H - cAVS (Audio, Voice, Speech) [A0]
Audio adapter: Intel Comet Lake PCH-H - cAVS (Audio, Voice, Speech) [A0]

High-definition audio codec: Intel
Hardware ID of the audio codec: INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_280B&SUBSYS_80860101

NVIDIA TU106 - High Definition Audio Controller
Audio adapter: NVIDIA TU106 - High Definition Audio Controller
Hardware ID of the audio controller: PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_10F9&SUBSYS_098F1028&REV_A1
High definition audio codec: nVidia
Hardware ID of the audio codec: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10DE&DEV_0093&SUBSYS_1028098F&REV_1001
[Information on the device driver]
DeviceInstanceId HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10DE&DEV_0093&SUBSYS_1028098F&REV_1001\5&36EB0D31&0&0001

I have already deleted the audio drivers several times and tried to reinstall them. If I then only install the drivers for Intel Smart Sound, the sound works from time to time for a short time and then not again. Sometimes it was even the case that when I opened the properties of the Intel Smart Sound in the Device Manager, the sound suddenly worked. After a restart it didn't work again. This seems to be a Windows driver with version 10.25.0.8130 from 17.10.2022.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?

Best regards
