Question Laptop's LCD screen damage visible on black screen

What kind of damage is this on my laptop's LCD screen? Will it be peranent? Will it get worse?

It's visible only on dark screen. I use mostly bright/light theme and don't watch movies, etc. on laptop, so it doesn't bother my daily usage.
