Laptops That allow Increasing VRAM in bios

I'm currently looking for a laptop that allows me to upgrade the vram through my bios so I can record on yt. I'm looking to play games like bf4 on medium with 30fps while recording and I have seen plenty of people on YouTube do that with a APU but they all increased vram. So can you help me find one ($300-$400)

First off, are you talking exclusively about APUs or discrete GPUs aswell?

APUs don't need an increase in vram, 1GB which is the typical default for an APU's IGPU and it's almost overkill for APUs. Your IGPU will not use more than 1GB of vram, ever.
