Laptops that can run CS.GO

Have a budget of 600$ want to be able to run 60fps on cs.go. What laptop could do that for me and I am willing to go up to 650$.

At 1080p, it's not happening at that price. You would need medium or low settings to get 60FPS on any sub-600 dollar laptop. At 1366x768, this would probably be your best bet if you want to see frame rates anywhere near 60FPS with decent settings (Med-High) at that price:
