Laptop's Unexpected Shutdown

Hello there, I own a Dell Inspiron 7537 laptop. So, I am facing some weird problem where my laptop shuts down when starting any game. This happens only while I have it plugged in. On battery, it runs completely fine. It's not a software problem cause I reinstalled all driver and os completely.

Thanks for the quick reply. The problem seems to be solved but I am having a bsod sometime rarely.

If you're getting a BSOD and you haven't tried to oc anything, then your GPU is probably failing. You may need tk get it serviced.

Update on the problem: Seems like the problem still persists even after changing the outlet only minor difference being I can play the game for about less than a minute, then it shuts down automatically. The BSOD error was just the driver problem which I sorted out already but I can't find the reason behind this unexpected shutdown. Another thing I forgot to mention. is that my battery get temporarily disable after the first unexpected shutdown and then I have to reinsert the battery again to enable it. And no it's not the battery problem because I already got the replacement a months ago.
