Laptops withATI Mobility Radeon X700

I am a mom looking to stretch her budget for Christmas. My daughter would like Sim games, so we need a laptop that can run them. All the things i have read are very confusing. Can anyone tell me what laptop I should buy?

When you say Sim games I guess you mean The Sims correct?

With a mobility x700?, you're lucky if it plays the first one, forget about the other two though.

Paying someone to build you a desktop PC would give more bang for your buck, you can get $50 graphics cards that play most current games at decent speeds.
