Large ping spikes while playing csgo

Since I live in asia, my normal ping while playing in NA servers is around 100. However, recently I have gotten random ping spikes that make my ping go from 100/110 to 330+ within a few seconds. it seems to happen randomly during matches and I have no idea what's causing them.

I tried that but I'm still getting ridiculous lag spikes.

By ending an autodesk download program in the task manager.
