If aiming for a large scanner,
Microtek is the way to go. And you can go wrong with the image quality.

<font color=red>If your nose <b>RUNS</b>, and feet <b>SMELL</b>.
Then you must be born <b>UPSIDE DOWN</b>.</font color=red>

The 9800XL is a 12x17 scanner which is HUGE

You can get it with or without the adapter for scanning slides and negatives.

Check pricegrabber.com or others for the lowest price. We use one here at work for graphics art and it's very quick and handles large work loads.
