Large Text in Chrome/Windows Defender/ Every other microsoft program

So since I have installed windows 10, there has been very large text in Chrome, ect. I've tried messing with the display settings in settings, but that didn't fix it. Any ideas?

I mean like the text on the page itself is fine but the tabs, url bar (stuff like that) are larger than they should be

Under display settings (right click desktop, select display settings) what do you have for Scale and layout? 125% recommended? Switch to 100%

It's on 100% (was before)

Other than Chromes, Settings, Page zoom or Font Size I am all out of ideas.

Uninstall / re-install Chrome??
