Can anyone recommend a specific case upgrade for an IdeaCentre 5-14IOB6 Desktop motherboard - specifically one which is large enough to fit a GPU such as a Radeon RX 580 and a 550W power supply?

The factory motherboard I have is perfectly compatible with a Radeon RX 580 or GTX 1070 TI graphics card, but the default case it comes with is too small to house those GPUS or a larger 550W power supply, so I all I need is a larger motherboard-compatible case and I should be good to go.

We can't because it's all proprietary. The motherboard does not have a standard size and it has a fixed front I/O. Besides that it is 12vO. Because of that the PSU is 12vO too. If you want to use a normal mATX or ATX case you need to replace the motherboard and PSU too.

Do you know it will support a larger standard Lenovo ThinkCentre case?

I have a Thermaltake Versa H17 Black SPCC Micro ATX case. Do you know which motherboards for that case will fit an I5-10400 CPU?

It's hard to name specific motherboards as availability will vary and you'll have the most choice in the used market, which will make whatever is available uncertain at any given time. Generally speaking, you'll be in the market for mATX motherboards with Intel 400 or 500-series chipsets, but *before* you purchase anything, check the manufacturer's page for the motherboard and verify CPU compatibility in Support.
