Question Laser Pointer Miracle

I was messing around with a pretty powerful green laser in my room. The laser isn't strong enough to burn anything or anyone. It is one of those you get from a stand at a local fair. However, the laser reflected off my tv and went through my PC glass. My PC then completely shut off all of the sudden. It then booted into BIOS for some reason. Can someone explain this "phenomenon"? The laser was close to my CPU on a B450 Tomahawk motherboard.

Once is a coincidence. If you can repeat this behavior, then more investigation is worthwhile.
If you point this laser at your hand does your hand get hot?

No, it is not that powerful of a laser. I am kind of frightened to do it again.

Make and model green laser?

And you bought it at a local fair..... Are you sure that it is even a laser to begin with?

How "powerful" (quantify the measurement)?
