Laserjets printing same page indefinately

Hi guys

Having a few problems with a couple of Laserjet printers we have. One
is a 2300N and the other is a 3500. Both are fairly new and suffering
from the same problems. Currently they will not select the bottom
tray(2) by default and so you have to constantly press the green tick
to switch trays. The second problem is that they will both keep
printing the same document over and over again untill you cancel the
print job. Unfortunately if its a multipage document it only prints
the first page multiple times.

I've been through the HP support site and not really found alot, so if
anybody here has had similar problems or can suggest a solution then
please let me know either by posting here or by email.

It might be a problem that isn't easy to troubleshoot. Please give more
details to your configuration, i.e. how are the printers connected, which
drivers do you use, how are the trays set up, which operating systems,
sufficient to say, the list goes on...
