So I have always wondered what the "Last BIOS Time" thingy meant in task manager. I searched it up, and it turns out that it is the time it takes to initialize hardware. The only weird thing is, my PC does not take 90 minutes and 45.8 seconds to initialize the hardware. And also, it says seconds afterwards, could this be an error and it is actually in milliseconds? I am so confused about this. Thanks for the help. Also, my computer about 60% of the time takes about 10 mins to restart... I am on an 850 Evo 1TB and my motherboard is the MSi X99A SLI Krait Edition. Thanks!

Also, the other 40% of the time it restarts quickly. Could this be Windows update just installing stuff without telling me? The Last BIOS Time is extremely wrong and it never actually takes that long to restart.
