Hello,
I am currently about to purchase this set up and i was wondering if it looks good, does everything seem compatible. Also if theres anything else i seem to be missing. As well if there is any changes i should make, trying to stay under $1250. I plan to do a bit of gaming such as Minecraft and Runescape. For the windows 8.1 "OEM" copy i am purchasing will it allow me to install it?

Why are you telling them to get the oem version of windows? If you get that it means its locked to the motherboard and can never be changed to another computer you dont want that.

99% of people don't usually move their Windows from the original system. It's up the to OP if they want to spend more for a different version of the OS. By the way, I build all of my builds with OEM versions and have no issues at all with them.

Yah but what happens if your motherboard breaks? Your sol time to buy another os along with a motherboard.

You can simply call M$ and tell them what happened and they will more than likely hook you up. I have done this in the past without issues. I've also read others have had similar results. It's up to the OP if buying the Retail version over the OEM version.

I completely agree but i also believe they should know what there buying as well. I realize i could have worded it better than "why are you telling them to get the oem version" sorry for that but all i wanted to do is make sure they knew what they were buying.
