If there is any way to make this cheaper without sacrificing performance or better without making it more expensive I'd love some tips.

nope not at all, its just the same performance. i changed 4gbs gpu to 2gbs because you dont need 4gbs on 1080p monitor

And you absolutely do NOT need an aftermarket cooler. You can't OC that CPU. Stock HS/Fan will more than fine. $30 back in your pocket.
