Is there any way not to display the last user who logged on from windows 2000 when another user pressed ctrl+alt+del?

Edit your registry key:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\DontDisplayLastUserName, then change the REG_SZ value to "1"
