Greetings, in the light of the recently released game Fallout 4 with it's demanding system requirements, my computer is obsolete.I'm in need of expert advise on building a high end PC wich will be capable to run Fallout 4 and other demanding games on ultra settings and that will last for quite a while...this may sound weird, but regardless of the components price tags.I'd appreciate it very much, please

I apologize.
speakers, screen, keyboard, and mouse I do already have. It's just the case and components I'm interested in.
What do you mean with 4K, 2K or 1080P?
It's mostly for gaming, except maybe modding but it's not that important
Max budget is maybe about 25000 Rand{I live in South Africa}...excuse me. i'm a newbie
I just want to know what components will be the best to look for.

4k, 2k and 1080p are the resolution of your display. Right now 4k is the cutting edge but 1080p is the current standard and I'm assuming what you're looking for. I'm in the process of building a high end gaming rig for 1080p gaming and possible VR in the future. I'm building with an i5 6600k cpu and a GTX 1070 GPU as that combo seems to be the standard for max graphics at 1080p. I'm also using an Asus Z170 A motherboard because after doing a lot of research that seems like the best board for my needs in my budget. I can't log into pcpartpicker.com right now but this will give you a good start on what to look for.

Thanks for the answer,Jeff Kaos.
I've logged into pcpartpicker not too long ago and constructed this list:

Intel Core I7 6700k 4.0GHz Quad Core processor
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM sleeve bearing CPU cooler
Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB{2x 8GB} DDR4-2133 memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5'' 7200RPM internal hard drive
MSI Geforce GTX 1070 8GB video card
NZXT S340 ATX mid tower case
Raidmax Vampire 700W 80+ Gold certified semi-modular ATX power supply
The site contains nothing in the Optical Drive tab{excuse me, what is this, a DVD writer or something else?}
OS will be Windows 64bit

Does this build make sense or do I need to change it?.PCpartpicker's compatibilty filter states everything will be compatible, I don't know

I'd suggest you invest in a high quality water loop, case, and power supply that can last 3-4 full system upgrades. This is the path i am taking.

Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX case
Corsair RM1000i PSU
Custom EKWB water loop w/ Extreme Edition 360mm and 280mm radiators for CPU and GPU
34" curved ultrawide 3440/1440
32gb 3200 ram
Intel 960 pro m2 HDD

I'll be going with an RX 490x or 1080ti and i7 7700k when they are released.

In 2 years, I only have to replace the CPU GPU and waterblock to keep the system high end.

In 4 years, I'lll replace the CPU, GPU, memory, HDD, MOBO, and monitor. Case, PSU, and cooling system will still be going strong.

That's pretty close to the system I just built except I went with the i5 6600k instead of the i7. I don't think the performance gain of the i7 is going to be all that better when paired with a GTX 1070. You also probably don't need such a large PSU. And if you cut back on either of those you can roll that into an SSD. I tried cutting corners anywhere I could on my build but in the end I decided to spend an extra $50 on an SSD for the OS and I don't regret it. With the money you save by going with an i5 you can get a lot bigger one than I have and put a few games on it.

Do not buy that PSU - one of the absolute worst you could possibly buy. An EVGA G2 or Seasonic X are far better purchases. How much are you looking to spend?

25000 REND is about 1800 us ?

I would build something like this ( it would help to know whare you are buying parts, to make sure they have it whare you shop )

Yeah I agree, it would help to know what country the parts are going to be purchased from.

Ok, do you suggest I go for the same components as yours then?

Honestly I'd advise against the recommendation of a custom liquid loop. Unless you're doing some extreme overclocking there's absolutely no reason to spend that much money. So what country are you buying from and what is your budget?

I live in South Africa, Pietersburg
We have a mall here with a retail shop, Pcworx
I thought maybe if I can get the component names and specs I could buy it retail and assemble it myself

The reason we ask for country because local availability varies from country to country and so does currency (NZD =/= USD =/= SAR =/= GBP, etc). We can't really recommend anything specific unless you provide a budget.

Hello again!...still busy with the budget, but if there is any suggestions for upgrades to this list, I'll appreciate it-

CPU: Intel i7-6700K
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS Z170-K
RAM: Corsair DDR4 2400 (2 x 8GB)
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Armor Graphics Card (8GB)
SSD: Adata Premier SP550(240GB)
PSU: Corsair RM550x
CASE: Thermaltake Versa H21

I saw there's a new PSU release -EVGA Supernova 1000 G3, is it worth looking into?

Go for i7-7700K and ASUS Z270-K combo. And if you can wait for 1-2months more then get GTX1080Ti. With GTX1080Ti you will be needing Corsair RM750x which is R250 costlier than RM550x. Rest of the build is fine. 1000W is not required unless you plan on going for SLI in future, but for SLI you will be needing costlier motherboard as-well.
