Late 2012 AMD Custom Built Used System - $600 Good Price?

Found a system on Craigslist recently with these specs - local seller to me. I went through pricing it out myself and it seems like a good deal, but was hoping people who pay more attention here would opine.

  Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3
  CPU: AMD FX-6200 6-core 4.0 GHz
  RAM: 8GB Corsair RAM w/ one slot left
  Hard Drive: Western Digital WD Black 500 GB
  Hard Drive: 120GB Samsung SSD
  GPUs: Two (2) XFX Radeon HD 6790 1GB in cross-fire
  Case: Thermaltake Chaser A41 Snow Edition Mid Tower
  OS: Windows 7 PRO (64bit), MS office suite
  Power supply: Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt

Thanks for any suggestions or comments.

Edit: the seller also offered to swap out one of the GPUs for a Radeon HD 6870 - claimed when he tried it didn't make much difference - I've never run cards in cross-fire, would I be better off keeping two of the same GPU or having them swap one out?

Yes, it is a good price. You should be able to play at 1080p at max or near it really well for most game.
