Question Lately, programs started crashing more often, and pc crashing sometimes too when using too much CPU/RAM

I didn't change anything on my computer, but since few months ago everything crashes suddenly, I could play a game and Alt+Tab to watch videos no problem, but now it instantly crashes if i have chrome and something else open, the game just closes and chrome freezes, even games just close on its own without anything else open sometimes
i have i3 6100, ram, is it because my components are going bad? i don't have the budget to ugprade, could it be a windows 10 problem?

Windows 10 updated to the latest version 1903 starting at the end of May.
