I've connected to my PC via Ethernet port, from the router. I've recently noticed I have 147 Latency, but my Ping, UPL and DWL speeds are fine. How can I fix my Latency?

Solution
Latency and ping are one and the same, well technically ping is ICMP 8 and 0 but that's besides the point. If you ping a server that's telling you that you can reach the server and it will tell you the amount of time it took for the packet to leave your computer, get to the server, and for the server to reply to you and you receive. That's what latency is. What are you getting your latency readouts from?
