Latest Firmware for Micron C400 SSD?

I got two Micron C400 for $50 each off of craigslist and am just now getting around to trying to install them. I know I need to update their firmware but as stupid as this sounds, I can't figure out which firmware is the latest and correct one. I've never dealt with SSDs before so I'm blaming this on the learning curve.
Here is the list of firmwares I found for the drive.

Wonderful! I found it and ran it for one drive and I'm trying to update my other one but it will not show up on the list. It also doesn't show up on the device manager. Is there a way for me to test it to see if it is having issues?
