Latest Win 10 build for bootable usb?

I made a Win 10 bootable a few weeks ago but I think I've heard there's been a newer release. Is it a good idea to re-make my bootable usb?

Yes the Media creation tool will now produce an image with the Anniversary update build.

Ok so I just need to format my usb and put the latest media creation tool on. I'm guessing that it will be better to have this installed during a clean install rather than updating afterwards?

Saves having to do a bunch of updates after a clean install.

(I just built a new PC and made sure I created a new USB stick beforehand so I didn't have to download to many updates thereafter)
