Latitude d360 split screen same image on top and bottom how to fix?

my dell latitude D630 laptop sudenly when i turned it on there is a line through the middle of he screen basically showing the same image thats on the top, on the bottom to. sometimes when i shut it down the screen will be back to normal its really irrating how can i fix it? any help i will greatly appreciate

I had this issue when I overclocked my GPU and the drivers crashed.

I had to reinstall the drivers to fix the issue.
