Question Launcher type programs crashing on startup

I tried EFT launcher, Arma3, War Thunder, Oculus and Winrar. And everytime I boot up any of these launchers, it loads for a second or two (and sometimes freezes for a second), then closes itself.
Tried opening my Antivirus software, that crashed on startup, NordVPN, crashed on startup, Windows Event Viewer also crashes.

Ive restarted, tried opening the launchers in safemode. And none of these worked.

Things that dont crash on startup:
Steam, Chrome, Discord, Battle.net, Office 365, File explorer, Netflix

This only happened overnight.
