Launching installation for hdd

Hi awesome tom's hardware community:
Im posting this question because i was wondering, i just installed my OS in a SSD, so it would boot faster. And have my old HDD plugged in too, is there a way i can launch what i had installed in my other HDD (like some games or software) without having to reinstall it?. Also: Can i install some stuff into that HDD? because i dont think my SSD can hold all my software.
If so: How can i do it?

Some games and software will launch without reinstalling them. Just go in the folder and launch the exe. If it runs you're good, if it doesn't you should just reinstall it. You can install stuff on the hdd. When you install stuff, there should be an option to change the install path.
