Launching the file explorer takes long time from taskbar icon with 850 EVO

Hi. I bought a brand new Dell 5558 i3-4005U laptop. I booted it from HDD just for the test, I immediately upgraded it with Samsung 850 EVO SSD. First I've installed a fresh copy of W8.1, second I recovered it from factory HDD's image, there is no difference. Launching the file explorer is very slow from taskbar icon, but I've created a desktop shorcut of file explorer, it launchs normally fast like my desktop computer with 840 EVO. Why the taskbar shorcut is slow at every launch? Any idea?

Although it's a very good laptop, good sound, it turns off the fan nearly all the time, no any heating even the fan is off, very good price.

I found the solution:

Go to Nvidia Control panel, select the Desktop tab from top, unselect the third from top option: "Add Run with Graphics Coprocessor".

This option is not showing on desktop PCs.
