Question LC-CC-120RGB or CM 212 Black Edition

Hello guys,
i cant find any comparison between these two. I'm interested only in performance comparison.
In my country LC is 35euro and CM is 43euro so the price is close to same.
I found the specificatons: LC 180W TDP (which is a bit questionable) and CM 150W TDP for black edition which is unofficial. (found on soem website of reseller)
