So I bought this LCD Display Bar as a PC monitor, customized using AIDA 64 Extreme:

The problem is it won't startup when I get to the Windows desktop. If I click detect display, it can't detect it, but as soon as a I unplug the HDMI cable and re-plug it back in, then it works fine and is detected (until I restart my PC then I have to do it all over again). The HDMI cable is plugged into my RTX 4090 GPU.
It didn't come with any drivers, the drivers windows is using to operate it when I plug in the HDMI cable are from 2006 and the monitor in device manager shows up as generic pnp monitor.
Is there any way to get this thing to act like a regular monitor so it comes on when I boot my PC or get to the Windows 11 desktop ?
