[SOLVED] LCD display red and green lines

For a couple of days now my Asus PB278QR has been showing me weird red and green lines in places of other colors. I tryed updating my drivers, using a different cable and even connected my Nintendo Switch to make sure its not the GPU. None of that helped. Sadly the monitor is out of warranty but i was hoping there would maybe be another way to fix it?

with the color spectrum you can cleary see what the image is supposed to look like and what it looks like on my screen.

If it does the same thing with multiple connections and cables, without opening and replacing the panel you won't be able to do anything yourself. That monitor has a bunch of different connection types, did you try more than one?
