Hey guys, I have this old LCD manufactured 2001, i got it second hand few years ago, it's a 1024x768 IPS screen 5 days ago first line appear, and today the second smaller one.
i have never heard of LCD failing like that - it's usually dead pixels or horizontal or vertical lines.
On mine it's lines apparently 1-3sm long (about an inch), it's 100% the monitor but im not really sure if it's the panel itself or maybe something on the board (the board is really simple - i dont think there is SDRAM or other fancy stuff just A/D coverters and OSD and then just LVDS drivers)
Have some one seen similar failure on a LCD?
