LCD Inputs

Anyone use the component in on any of these monitors like I am looking at the Dell 2001fp 20inch. I was going to hook a X-Box up to it and my pc. Anyone use this type of monitor for any other input but a pc?

I read somewhere that it looks awful due to the scaling of the image. It looked well at scale mode 1:1 but then you get a small image on the midle of the screen, not taking profit of the 20" nor the 1600x1200 resolution.

I was told it would stretch. It would still look better resolution than my tv set..

Isn't XBOX HD compatiable in that it can pump out a high res image? I'm pretty sure it is. Ask someone at Best Buy or something as no one here seems to know for sure. Or if it's the downsampling that's causing the problem then buy a 23" LCD monitor that supports true HD resolution.
