Lcd monitor problem

When i installed windows 10 pro 64 bit fresh then i installed driver of Nvidia geforce GT 710 2 Gb ddr3 then window 10 set my screen resolution at
1680*1050 recommended and everything seeing very small now. My Lcd is Acer B223wl 21 inch. how tobfix this problem when i set it to 1024*768 and other resolution then it seens like some blur and not adjust into. Full screen how to fix this problem?

Yes i installed latest driver of all graphics card but everything is seeing very small
