Question LCD screen has faint red boarder around screen

I understand this is a computer forum. However, I figured you guys probably know more about this. I noticed this a couple of weeks ago. It does not show any type of shadow when any colored image displays on the screen. Only black. This picture is enhanced so you guys can see the actual boarder. I figured there would be light bleed, Instead i get a red boarder. It does not look like this in person, it's much fainter. Any ideas? This is a link to the picture I posted somewhere else,

I have seen this on some older VA monitors.

It's actually a tv. To add more info, tuning the color settings does not affect the red boarder. However, turning up the brightness seems to fade out the redness.

I assume it's just old and tired this doesn't seem to be out of the norm.

Unfortunately for me it's only a year old. However it only cost 215 so not too painful of a problem. Do you know what causes it on a va monitor? And do you think it's something that'll get worse?

Hard to say, Pretty common on cheaper VA panels.
