lcd turned red

help me please, after i changed mobo, went from abit to asus, my flat panel was working fine then all of a sudden flickered and turned all red....now everything is all discolored and stuff...redish...i don't know what to do. i unplugged and plugged it back into the video card and disconnected the power but it didn't seem to work...what is wrong?

Is it hooked into thru the VGA plug or the DVI?
