Leading up to more problems....

So I made a post last night about my new build starting up then immediately shutting down. I have resolved that problem and now a new one has risen... the computer would turn on then restart and continue with no beeps or post. . Using a different power supply the same thing happens. Im not sure what the problem is any input would be helpful thanks

Does it restart continuously or does it restart and then continue to load the OS? If it loads the OS, go into the BIOS configuration and save the settings.

It restarts once, turns back on and never boots up unfortunately i cant get into BIOS

Please provide a complete list of components. If everything is connected properly, including the ATX 12V CPU connector, do you have that issue when testing outside of the case with only the motherboard, CPU, memory and video card?

I have tripled checked the connections and rebuilt it twice. I have tried with only the essential hardware pieces.

You tested it outside of the case, did you? What happens if only the CPU is installed? Does it beep to indicate missing RAM?

No beeps, I have no hope haha

If a speaker is installed and you didn't forget to connect the ATX 12V CPU cable, but you get no beeps at all, then it's time to start the RMA process. Did you make sure that the PSU is working properly by testing it in another system or use another PSU to verify that the problem really is with the motherboard (most likely) or the CPU?

I presume that nothing was connected (except for the 2 PSU cables) when testing outside of the case.
