Leadtek GTX 650Ti Boost 2GB OC producing weird noise

Is it normal for it to produce weird noises ? I stress it with MSI Kombustor. Triangles of death from the 3D test made my graphic card sounds really high pitch but the fan speed is still constant. When i test it with Furry and Testy Test, its dead silent. Btw, when i stress it with Wavy Plane, my power supply produces some kind of electric buzzing and shut down. Is it because of not supplying enough voltage to my graphic card ?

But the card is all stock from the box. Shouldnt it be okay to stress it ?

your psu wattage? must be sufficient
