That seems to be an 8400 GS, a low end card from 2007 or so, you should probably be able to play TF2 on low settings.

That should be around a Geforce 210 or an older Radeon 9600 from quite a while back, pretty much weaker than any newer card on the market.

That being said you should be able to run TF2 at its lowest settings, though your mileage may vary.
