league of legends fps problem???

i have low fps on lol i have about 70-110 when not fighting and in teamfights it drops to 35-45.
i have: Core 2 quad q9300,hd 7770,4gb ram ddr2 and 1440x900,on other pc i play on 1920x1080 i have like 150-250fps and in teamfights it drops to 120-200. other pc specs: i3 2120,hd 7770,4gb ram ddr3??
what is the problem???
thats happening on minecraft too,pc1 have 100-200fps and pc2 have 300.

Without knowing what GPU you have in each machine it's hard to really know. But, just looking at the specs you provided I would imagine the PC with the i3 has a more powerful GPU and therefore is getting higher FPS.

The Q9300 is weaker than the i3-2120, and DDR3 is faster than DDR2, so that performance makes sense.

Additionally, is the HD 7770 the same version in both, or is one GDDR5 and the other DDR3?

Well no my gt 640 got like 70-150 fps on ultra but it depends on what res you play im on 1440x900 nvm if you're playng on 1080p you should get a decent frames this ati is better than the gt 640 the other pc is better cause of the cpu.

Well no my gt 640 got like 70-150 fps on ultra but it depends on what res you play im on 1440x900 nvm if you're playng on 1080p you should get a decent frames this ati is better than the gt 640 the other pc is better cause of the cpu.

i am playing at 1440x900 too on pc2.
