[SOLVED] League of legends locked at 30 fps

Hello there! I have a laptop and while I was playing lol, I mashed my keyboard I think I accidentally made a command. I think it showed an R on my screen then it locked the fps at 30. Whenever my laptop's plugged in, the fps goes back to normal. How do I fix this pls?

this is probably to save battery.
It would be called battery saver or something close in the game's settings

theres also a windows battery saver mode which could maybe do the same(?)
