League of legends low fps after updates

Im not sure if this is the right website to discuss this kind of thing but whatever.
So through a few updates in League of legends my fps just became worse. I thought that im the only one who has low fps beacuse of my potato pc. But i searched about it and I found out that everyone in the community has lower fps. For example: a few famous streamers i checked their latest TWITCH TV vods and they all had like 60-120 fps than I checked vods that were 7 months old and on these vods they had 90-160 fps even more than that.
Please help us!! I really want Riot to investingate this and release a optimization update. Its not that hard cmon mannn!

Your computer can degrade over time or you could have more programs than before, causing your FPS to lower. You can try to lower your League graphics settings and see if that will improve your FPS. You can also check Task Manager to check if there are programs using up your CPU. Also, you should post this on the League boards/forums, more people will see it there.
