I got this APu cause i see it could run LOL ultra graphics 60fps

but in medium 720 i get 80fps, in full i dont get a good framerate.

what i am doing wrong?

i got 12gb ram and the mother is gigabyte f2a88xm-d3h

in 720p your fps is limited by the cpu itself. you'd actually probably have a better experience in 1080p, as graphic drivers do a heck of a lot better job making your experience smooth when the gpu is the bottleneck then they do when it's the cpu.

now, one more thing, i have a power source kelly 500w pretty standar so i dont think are true 500. I can overclock this apu with that power source?

i'm not familiar with your power supply, but 500W should be fine, what mostly limits overclocking is the motherboard and cpu cooler. I probably wouldn't overclock much on that motherboard, it's not really a serious overclocking motherboard.

i read somewhere that this apu is made to be overclocked, its a bad decision? you are the overclocking master

hehe... that silly badge name. Not sure if i'm a master but i've got a fair grasp of the issues.

the worst that can happen? you can kill your system; there were a bunch of FM2/FM2+ motherboards that caught fire when under certain overclocks. Now gigabyte boards are better then most, and asrock had the biggest first problems on the platform, but many boards did in fact catch fire. The fact of the matter is you are overclocking a bulldozer family of cpu, and those chips beat hard on motherboard VRMs when being overclocked. boards without vrm cooling are not ideal for overclocking those chips.
