League of Legends RADS Error

Hello everyone, I've been having issues with a game called League of Legends. I keep getting an error: "RADS Error could not connect to the HTTP server. Please check that your internet connection is enabled and that your firewall is not blocking access". Whenever I try to open the application. The support isn't helping and the suggestions I've tried haven't been working. I'm not sure what to do.

I checked through a lot of those solutions and still had issues. I'd also like to note that I can't go on http://www.leagueoflegends.com/ either.

Have you tried reinstalling the game? Also try running the .exe as an admin.

I can't reinstall as I can't go on the website. And yup I've tried running as admin.

Other things I've tried:
Turning off modem then back on
Change DNS to 8.8.4.4
Turn firewall off
Delete RADS files and try opening again
Making sure there's no corruption in the folder

The link itself works but when I click to download it says the webpage is not available.

Maybe your browser is blocking the download? I just tried it and it's working fine for me. Using the latest version of chrome with no extensions installed besides adblock. My pop-up settings are untouched.
