League of legends is not a demanding game at all you can get a lot cheaper graphics card however one thing to note is nvidia specializes in high end graphics card and 70 or 80 is probably your best bet, if your going mainstream go amd, they have a lot better prices for mid performance

You'll mainly need to see if you have a fast enough internet to stream at 60 FPS
