[SOLVED] League of Legends using 100% of my cpu

Hi, I have this new computer that I build it, and when playing League of Legends, Valorant or any other game the CPU comes to a 100% usage.
Specs:
Intel Xeon E3-1220L V3
GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S1
GTX750 TI 2GB
DDr3 1333mhz (2x4)
Power supply: Aerocool 500W VX-500
Gigabyte 240gb ssd
