Question League of Legends using only 30% of GPU

Hello everyone , i have an ASUS fx505DU, an laptop with Ryzen 7 3750h ,16 GB Ram , NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti, and an 120 hz display , my problem is that league is using only ~30% of my GPU and i cant hit 120 fps for that smooth gameplay . I turned V-Sync Off, and it’s not making any difference. The GPU is running at 1455 mhz , its base frequency , in the instance that in games like PUBG runs at 2000 mhz . I am getting only 79 average fps. Any ideas?

Ram is under 7 GB all the time and cpu is average 30 with 60 in teamfights
Also i want to say that my laptop has an intrgrated gpu that may work during game , i cant test that one out just on task manager
