I finished building my PC and connected all of the tubing for my corsair hydro. When I connected the reservoir/pump to the PSU to leak check it, it doesn't turn on (uses a molex connector). I tried to connect my fan hub to the the psu and see if that worked...nothing

I connected the motherboard to see if the PSU is getting power, and the mobo turned on. I quickly turned it off, since it doesn't have any cooling atm.

I tried connecting another brand new psu to it to try, and same exact thing.

Any suggestions at what this could be? I'm at a loss.
