First time water cooler user here and I was wondering how would I go about leak testing a Thermaltake 3.0 Ultimate Extreme S?

I was considering plugging it in to one of my fan headers and putting it in a tray overnight to see if it would leak, but didn't know if that would work well enough.

Any advice?

BTW here's my build:
MOBO: Asus Crosshair V Formula Z
CPU: AMD FX 8350 (no OC)
Current CPU cooler: Arctic cooling Freezer pro 64
Case: CM 690 II Advanced USB 3.0

Solution
You would still need to provide the pump power, and have a working CPU cooler installed as well.
A visual check would be enough assurance before you stick it on, if it had a leak it probably would have showed up by now.

Honestly, moving it around and doing tests can increase the risk of leaks.

While that's true, I'm an overly cautious person and want to make sure that it's good. Because while there may only be a one in a million chance of it failing, with my luck I would get that one.

Is there anyway to test if the thing is properly sealed without actually putting it on the CPU. I'm not worried about testing it's cooling capabilities just making sure there's no leaks. To that end could i just plug it's fan cable into one of the fanheaders in my mobo and keep it in a tray to see if it leaks?
