Its bad enough intel has the 100-200 series chipset for gen 6 & 7 CPUs and the 300 series for the 8th gen all on the same socket, which already confuses enough people. Now they have to contend with Intel and AMD naming chipsets almost the same.

Z490 will be 100 more numbers than Z390. That's an increase of over 25%! What more could you want? : D
