I would like to learn everything about server hardware and building a server. Where I can find these details?

Have you started looking at Dell or HP websites for the R740 or the HP DL380 ? 2U "pizza box" servers are the basic building block.

Well first, you start off by mining some silicon, copper, phosphorous, and boron .
Then you build a billion dollar fab plant.

But I suspect you weren't looking for that level.

A "server" isn't much different than building a regular consumer grade PC.
ECC RAM, redundant power supplies, size to fit the rack...those are the main differences.

Most of the server functionality is in the software.

So what would this "server" be doing?
