I am searching for job but mostly Requirements are server 2008,DHCP,DNS,Active Directoy, Exchange..

Pls can any one tell me the source of quick and easy learning

But, as ex_bubblehead says, don't expect quick and easy. If that's what you are looking for search for a less demanding job.
